DR. NIRAV SHAH

Dr.Nirav Shah is a leading ophthalmologist in Gujarat and a Founder at @prizmahospitals. He has undertaken an intense training in phacoemulsification & LASIK refractive surgery in India and USA.

He started his successful ophthalmic career at Dr. Nirav’s Eye Clinic, Soni Falia, Surat.

His passion for refractive surgery led him to start a Laser Refractive Surgery Centre 18 years ago, which was amongst the first few centers of its kind in India. He has been a significant contributor to bringing corporate eye care in Gujarat.

His ethical approach and philanthropic nature led him to serve poor and needy patients not only in his native village Kadod, but also in Zaghadia, Bodhgaya (Bihar), and Ethiopia (Africa).

DR. MANSI DESAI

Dr Mansi Desai is an experienced young ophthalmologist currently at Prizma Eye Care Hospitals, Surat. She completed her Masters in ophthalmology from Karnataka followed by surgical training at Tejas eye hospital, Mandvi. She later was a consultant at RNC Eye hospital , Valsad for over four years where she refined her surgical and patient management skills.

She has done more than 5000 surgeries during her tenure at RNC. Her keen interest in Retina led her to Madurai, where she did an advanced course in Management of diabetic retinopathy and medical management of other retinal disorders from the prestigious Aravind Hospital. She gained a vast experience in treating retinal disorders at RNC hospital.

Currently as a full time consulting ophthalmic surgeon , her focus remains to provide the best care to her patients with her time and commitment to serve the community to her best ability.

DR. NEHA PATEL

Dr. Neha Patel, is a consultant Retina Surgeon at Prizma Eye Care Hospital,Surat. Her expertise is treating patients with Retina problems. She has completed her MBBS from SMIMER Medical College,Surat and had done her post-graduation in the field of Ophthalmology from Government Medical College and Civil Hospital,Surat.

She has a keen interest in the field of Retina, and to pursue her interest in Retina she had gone for a long-term fellowship in the field of Surgical Retina and has learned from some of the finest retinal surgeons from renowned National Institute of Ophthalomology(NIO) Hospital,Pune.

During her tenure in NIO, she trained many residents nad trainees. She actively takes part in National Conferences. She keeps herself updated on the field through various medical publications and conferences and keeps upgrading her skills through practice.

DR. MANAN JARIWALA

Dr. Manan Jariwala, the passionate Glaucoma Specialist had done his post-graduation in the field of ophthalmology ( Eye specialty) from reputed B J medical college & civil hospital Ahmedabad (2009 – 2012).

He has a keen interest in the field of glaucoma. To pursue his interest in glaucoma, he had gone for a long term fellowship in the field of glaucoma and learned from few of the finest glaucoma surgeons from reputed Narayana Netralaya hospital, Bangalore. (2014 -2015). While his tenure at Narayana Netralaya, he has presented various scientific papers, posters, and Videos across national and international conference platforms.

DR. HETAL SOLANKI

Dr. Hetal Solanki is a visiting corneal surgeon at @prizmahospitals. She has done her MBBS from Sardar Patel University, Gujarat in 2001, followed by D.O(Ophthalmology)from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University in 2004, D.N.B(OPhthalmology) from National Board, New Delhi in 2007 and Cornea Followship from Arvind Eye Hospital, Madurai in 2011. She has an extensive work experience in her field.

2005-06 – Worked as Sr. Resident during post D.O. DNB training at Aditya Jyot Eye hospital, Vadala, Mumbai. 2006 – Completed Phacoemulsification training from Aditya Jyot Eye Hospital, Mumbai. 2007-09 – Worked as Asst. Consultant at Desai Eye hospital, Surat , Gujarat. 2009-2011 – Worked as Consultant at Seva Rural Eye hospital, Jhaghadia , Gujarat. 2011-12 – Completed an eighteen month Fellowship in Cornea and External Diseases at Aravind Eye Hospital, Madurai.

2013-15 – Worked as consultant Eye Surgone at EYE Q super speciality Surat Gujarat. Participated in Surgical camps held at Bodh Gaya, Bihar in 2009 &2020 conducted by Bhanushali trust, Gujarat.
